We’ve been using our Popcake Pancake machine at DoubleTree by Hilton London Victoria for 5 years now and we can’t recommend the product highly enough. It has contributed to reducing costs for us, firstly by bringing down food wastage and cost per portion but secondly by reducing our labour costs.
